What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Paypal, which is a free secure service for you to use which accepts electronic checks, all credit cards and existing funds. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. In addition, we gladly accept money orders and personal checks.

*Please note that your order will not ship until your check has cleared, and there will be a $30.00 service fee for any returned checks

What are your shipping and handling charges?
Orders are shipped Priority Mail at these rates:
$.01 - $25.00 = $5.99
$25.01 - $50.00 = $6.99
$50.01 - $75.00 = $7.99
$75.01 - $100.00 = $8.99
$100.01 = FREE

Is there sales tax?
North Carolina residents pay 6.75% in sales tax.

How long does it take for orders to be processed?
Personalized items can take up to 3 weeks to process. All other items will be shipped within 7-10 business days. If you have a combination of personalized and non-personalized items, all items will ship together when complete. If for some reason your order can not be shipped in these time frames, you will be notified via e-mail.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Since the shipping fees will be more than domestic shipping, you will be charged the difference.

If I live in the local area. Can I arrange for pick up to save on shipping and handling?
Yes you can! If you live in the Goldsboro area, please contact us via e-mail with you order. We will then contact you with your payment options, and we can make arrangements for pick up as well.

What is your return policy?
100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase, please notify us immediately! The item must be returned to us within one week, and must be in the same condition as it was received. Shipping fees and nonrefundable.

Are items ever discontinued?
Unfortunately, yes. Some material is very hard to find. We try and get as much of each material that we can, but can't guarantee that we can always find it.

Will my items look exactly as pictured?
All items have been described and pictured as accurately as possible. Please remember that each item is hand painted or custom made just for you, so some things may be slightly different.

Do you accept custom orders?
We gladly accept custom orders!!! Please use your creativity, and together we can make anything happen!! Just contact us via e-mail with your ideas, and we will let you know the price of your custom creations. Extra fees will apply for materials that are not in stock.
